I bought this to go over my Microfiber couch b/c its become couch of our dogs. one of my dogs really enjoy licking her paws when laying on the couch, that becomes her lick the couch for reasons that I don't understand. Yuck. I always felt absolutely embarrassed and ashamed every time a visitor would sit on that couch, thinking of naughtiness that they were unknowingly subjecting their ass. I could only train my dogs to stay off the couch, but they look so cute sleeping on it
